Here are some comments from some of my clients:
Great practical activities on the topic of communication, which the group and staff hadn’t thought about before, let alone changing our ways to our advantage.

From the training and information that Amanda gave us, the most useful was how important it is for me to have time and different ways for me to relax.

Whilst filming ‘Baby Borrowers’ programme for BBC 3 in September 2006, myself and my partner Fizmik, had the opportunity to undergo a Relationship Health Check with Amanda. This was because of our constant arguing and competitive language and behaviour towards each other resulting in the baby we were looking after being taken away from us. We were consistently arguing with each other and picking on the negative things that the other did. We found the Relationship Health Check was extremely useful and enabled us to learn new ways to communicate with each other, in terms of saying nice things to each other and recognising the things that we appreciate about each other.
We no longer assume what the other is thinking and this has made it much easier for us to get along and for our relationship to develop and every day we use the lessons we learnt from the Relationship Health Check and as we head towards our fourth anniversary, our relationship has been rejuvenated with the help of Amanda from Release My Love.

Amanda was brought in to provide workshops for the Teen Mums group called Break 4 U. The programme was called Parenting Pleasures and she covered topics on Relationship and self and the Differences between males and females in June 2007.
The programme contained current information and Amanda challenged the young women into thinking and helping them to look inside for answers that they had been looking for outside of themselves.
Amanda encouraged the young women to move on and they were able to go away feeling good about themselves and their abilities as parents, knowing that they were able to achieve and move forward in their lives.
The young mums loved Amanda, so we had her back to do a further 2 sessions from her Parenting Pleasures programme on Creating a Brighter Future and Communication.
Amanda facilitated the mixed ability group brilliantly. As the pace kept those who’s English is their second language within the discussion as well as those who understood immediately, as they were involved as volunteers to write on the flip chart or act out within role plays.
The session planning was clear and met within the every child matters topics and could have been delivered by any facilitator. Although Amanda’s extended knowledge meant that more was given to the group based on the needs and questions that arose.
Amanda’s rapport with the young mums and staff was excellent as they became excited when they knew that Amanda was coming for the following weeks. Her ability to create a safe and relaxed environment for them to learn and grow in makes the young women and staff feel special and unique.
I would highly recommend Amanda’s ‘Parenting Pleasures’ programme to any organisation, as they will immediately see their young people grow from their interaction with Amanda.

It is interesting to learn about how useful hypnosis is and why the unconscious mind is important to my child and me. Amanda is witty, clever, funny and has good rapport.
